Struck a cord

I saw this painting by Annie Lee and it struck a cord with me...

I sometimes forget that when I feel overwhelmed or beat down all I need to do is to pray. I have been blessed abundantly and a few roadblocks or obstacles are all a part of living. It is during hard times that we have to be reminded that God is always with us. I am thankful that I was able to wake up this morning, my children are healthy and happy, and my husband is safe. Thank you, Lord! Amen
